We maintain a confidential reporting channel for concerns regarding ethics or fund misuse. All reports are investigated by our Compliance Officer.

While we honor donor intent, our Board retains Variance Power to ensure gifts are used effectively, even if conditions change.

All gifts become the property of the Foundation.
